Radwa SaadPrograms Specialist
As a Programs Specialist at BCIC, Radwa participates in the development, delivery and evaluation of specified BCIC programs. Radwa promotes BCIC programs to clients and stakeholders and develops and maintains relationships with partnering organizations.
Radwa brings several years’ experience in the non-profit, public and private sectors with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, program coordination and leadership. Previously as a Team Lead at DASH BC, Radwa managed funding agreements with school districts and led a team of coordinators working to improve health literacy in schools. At the Provincial Health Services Authority, Radwa worked with other health authorities, regional partners and stakeholders to optimize and standardize HR services in healthcare. Radwa has a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Public Administration from the American University in Cairo. Radwa is actively involved in the non-profit and family service sectors in BC. She serves on the Board of the BC Council for Families and facilitates interactive nutrition and food security workshops with underserved families.
