Optigo Networks named Most Promising Startup at 2015 TIAs

Congratulations to Vancouver startup Optigo Networks, winner of the Most Promising Startup Award at the 2015 Technology Impact Awards June 4th in Vancouver. A member of the Venture Acceleration Program through partner Venture Labs, Optigo Networks received their award from Amrik Virk, Minister of Technology, Innovation and Citizens’ Services. Optigo makes secure networking solutions for smart buildings.

The 22nd annual awards program featured a speech from Premier Christy Clark and recognition for excellence for 9 companies in BC’s tech sector, including:

  • Company of the Year: Sierra Wireless
  • Person of the Year: Jeff Booth, President & CEO, BuildDirect
  • Most Promising Pre-Commercial Technology: Axine Water Technologies
