Crop sense makes sense: This piece of tech will save our agriculture from pesticides

The rise in organic farming is booming and it’s only getting better! Joining us today on the Tech is Everywhere podcast is founder of BC based Ecoation Innovative Solutions (EIS), Dr. Saber Miresmailli. In today’s episode, Dr. Miresmailli gives us the scoop on how his piece of technology Crop Sense, will help farmers everywhere in eliminating the use of pesticides. It’s already being used in Benin, West Africa thanks to funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

“There are actually lots of pesticide residue that goes straight to their brain from their caps. So they (the farmers) are the ones that are most in danger,” says Dr. Miresmailli.
